1. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped out.Processing time is 3 to 4 business days before shipment.

2. How long will I receive it?
You will receive your order in 8 to 12 business days once your order has been shipped.

3. How long do I have before making a return and which items I could return for refund?
You can return any item for refund within 30 days from the date you receive it.

4.What is the policy for defective/broken products
Please contact us first if you receive defective item and we will ship a new replacement to you and it is not necessary to return the defective item to us.

5.Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.

6. How long will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Chicwish store credit or the original payment account per your request.

3. Exchange*: Love it, but need a different size, color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.  We will ship the exchanged item to you for free once you update your return tracking number.

Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:

Returns received by Chicwish between 31 and 40 days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Once a return receives store credit, we are unable to reverse the request.

Returns received by Chicwish after 40 days from order date are unable to be refunded.
